One of the most critical problems in big cities is groundwater pollution which exists in Tehran capital. The main sources that polluted the groundwater are household and industrial waste. Indeed, the uncontrolled population has been growing. However, in this study BOD5 of 9 wells in District 7 of Tehran Municipality sampled and analyzed. Compared with standard and due to reasons, zoning maps were prepared BOD5 pollution. In ARCGIS, Spline, and Kriging interpolation method was used for the preparation of maps. According to the results, it can be said zoning for groundwater contamination Spline method is more appropriate than kriging.
